  • self-rising flour
  • baking powder
  • salt
  • sugar optional
  • Crisco oil
  • buttermilk

How to make hardee's biscuits:

Mix all ingredients together; roll and cut out with floured biscuit cutter. Melt 1/2 stick of butter in a 9 x 13 pan to dip biscuits in (or you can spray the pan with Pam and spray biscuit tops with Pam butter flavor spray). Bake at 450° for 20 to 25 minutes or as brown as you like.
