Happy hour mushrooms
Ingredients/Components
- margarine, softened - 6 Tbsp
- soy sauce - 1 tsp
- dry red wine - 2 Tbsp
- shredded Jack cheese - 3 Tbsp
- fine cracker crumbs - 1/3 c
- medium-size fresh mushrooms - 1 lb
- large garlic clove, pressed - 1 item
How to make happy hour mushrooms:
Twist out stems from mushrooms. Melt 2 tablespoons margarine; brush over mushroom caps, coating thoroughly. Stir together remaining margarine, garlic and cheese until well blended. Add wine, soy sauce and crumbs; blend well. Place mushrooms, cavity side up, on a large rimmed baking sheet. Evenly mound filling in each mushroom, pressing it in lightly.
