- paprika - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1 item
- parsley flakes - 1 item
- celery salt - 1 item
- of meat - 1 per
- cornflake or bread crumbs - 1 item
How to make hamburgers:
Mix chopped onion, parsley flakes, salt, paprika, egg, cornflake or bread crumbs and celery salt. If too dry after adding crumbs, add another egg and if too wet, add more crumbs. Add to ground beef and form into patties.For meat loaf, shape into a loaf. Pour tomato sauce or V-8 juice over it and bake, covered, at 350° for 1 1/2 hours (using 1 pound of beef).
