Hamburger stroganoff

- salt - 1 Tbsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- margarine - 1/4 c
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 3/4
- ground beef
- can mushrooms, drained - 1 oz
- container sour cream - 1 (16
How to make hamburger stroganoff:
In a large skillet, cook and stir meat and onion in margarine until meat is brown and onion tender. Drain off fat. Add 2 tablespoons of drippings from meat to skillet. Stir in flour, salt, garlic, pepper, mushrooms and soup. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream and heat thoroughly. Do not allow to boil.
