Hamburger stroganoff
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 3 c
- ground beef - 3 lb
- sherry - 1/3 c
- large onions - 2 item
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 3 item
- large minced clove garlic - 1 item
How to make hamburger stroganoff:
In large skillet, brown hamburger with onions and garlic until browned. Add mushroom soup and sherry to hamburger mixture in crock-pot. Stir to blend. Cover and simmer on low for 5 to 6 hours. Stir in sour cream and heat through. Check and correct seasonings. Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 12 to 15.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Ground beef, Beef.
