Hamburger stroganoff
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- margarine, melted - 1/4 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- beef bouillon - 1 tsp
- egg noodles - 1/2 lb
How to make hamburger stroganoff:
In a large skillet cook beef and onion. Stir in flour, garlic powder and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low and stir in soup; simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.Meanwhile, in large pot of boiling water cook noodles as directed on package; drain. Remove meat mixture from heat and stir in sour cream. Serve over hot noodles.
