Hamburger stroganoff
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
- sliced mushrooms - 1 c
- cream of chicken soup - 1 c
How to make hamburger stroganoff:
Cook the onion in butter in a saucepan over medium heat until transparent. Add the beef and cook, stirring until beef is light brown. Add the flour, salt, pepper, mushrooms and soup and cook for 5 minutes. Add the sour cream and simmer for 15 minutes longer. Serve over rice and garnish with paprika.
