  • sour cream - 1 c
  • butter - 1 Tbsp
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • ground beef - 1 1
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • can mushrooms, drained - 4 oz
  • small onion - 1 item
  • garlic powder to taste - 1 item

How to make hamburger stroganoff:

Brown meat with onion; drain. Add seasonings. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil while stirring. Serve over noodles or rice.
