Hamburger quiche
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- 9-inch pie shell - 1 item
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- ground beef - 1/2 lb
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- chopped green onions - 1/2 c
- Cheddar cheese, grated
How to make hamburger quiche:
Brown ground beef in skillet. Drain. Blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch in a bowl until smooth. Stir in ground beef and remaining ingredients. Pour mixture into pie shell. Bake at 350° for 25 to 40 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted into center comes out clean. Freezes well.
