  • hamburger - 1 lb
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item

How to make hamburger gravy:

Brown hamburger with the onion, salt and pepper to taste. Drain off most of fat. Stir in flour and add milk. Stir until thick.

I drain the hamburger and onion and set aside. Put flour in the grease and add milk. Then put the hamburger back in.
