Ingredients/Components
- milk
- salt - 1 item
- flour
- pepper - 1 item
- hamburger - 1 lb
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
How to make hamburger gravy:
Brown hamburger with the onion, salt and pepper to taste. Drain off most of fat. Stir in flour and add milk. Stir until thick.I drain the hamburger and onion and set aside. Put flour in the grease and add milk. Then put the hamburger back in.
