Ingredients/Components

  • butter - 1 item
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • grated cheese - 1/2 c
  • bread crumbs - 1/2 c
  • ground chuck - 1 lb
  • can mushroom soup - 1 item
  • bread slices - 1 item
  • salt, pepper to taste - 1 item

How to make hamburger cupcakes:

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Trim crust from 16 to 18 buttered bread slices. Place slices, buttered side down in muffin tins. Press into shape. Fill with meat mixture (full). Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.

Note: Will freeze well.
