vanilla wafers - 12 item
sesame seeds - 1 item
Pillsbury Vanilla Frosting - 2 Tbsp
green tinted coconut - 2 Tbsp
chocolate covered round mint cookies or patties - 6 item
Warmed honey - 1 item

How to make hamburger cookies:

For each hamburger cookie, spread 1/2 tsp. of frosting on flat side of 1 vanilla wafer. Place 1 tsp. coconut and 1 mint cookie on frosting. Spread flat side of second vanilla wafer with 1/2 tsp. of frosting. Place frosting side down on mint cookie. Brush top of "hamburger" with honey. Sprinkle sesame seeds. Repeat to make 5 more cookies.

TIP: To tint coconut place coconut and 1 to 2 drops of green food coloring in jar. Screw on lid and shake until coconut is colored.
