Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 1 pkg
- Velveeta cheese - 1 item
- hamburger meat - 2 lb
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- can biscuits - 1 item
How to make hamburger casserole:
Brown meat and onion; drain grease. Heat cream cheese and soup in microwave until cream cheese is melted. Pour meat in a casserole dish; next, pour the soup mixture and spread over meat. Top with slices of Velveeta cheese. Place biscuits on top of cheese and bake until biscuits are brown at 350°, about 20 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Beef.
