Hamburger casserole
Ingredients/Components
- hamburger - 2 lb
- chopped onion - 1 c
- large green pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
- garlic salt to taste - 1/2 tsp
- cans tomato sauce - 2 item
- catsup - 2 Tbsp
- small amount sugar - 1 item
- egg noodles
- pkg - 1 oz
How to make hamburger casserole:
Cook beef, onion and green pepper together. Salt to taste with garlic salt. Add tomato sauce, catsup and sugar. Cook egg noodles as directed on package and drain. Put half of the noodles on bottom of casserole; add half meat mixture. Dice cream cheese on top of meat. Add other half of noodles, top with last half of meat mixture.
