Hamburger casserole
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- hamburger meat - 1 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- medium potatoes - 4 item
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- onions - 4 item
- large carrots - 4 item
How to make hamburger casserole:
Slice potatoes, carrots and onions. Put a layer of each in a baking dish. Mix salt, pepper and butter. Pour over top. Brown hamburger and drain. Place over butter mixture. Add soups over meat. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes until done. Sprinkle grated cheese on top (optional).Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Beef.
