Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- medium onion - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- hamburger - 1 lb
- medium potatoes - 3 item
How to make hamburger casserole:
Slice potatoes 1/2-inch thick and boil 15 minutes. Turn oven to 350°. Mix 1 pound hamburger meat with salt and pepper. Place in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.Slice the onion in rings and place on top of meat. When potatoes are done, place on top of onion. Then spread the cream of mushroom soup on top of potatoes and bake for 1 hour.
