Ingredients/Components
- garlic salt - 1 tsp
- hamburger meat - 2 lb
- bell pepper - 1/2 item
- onion - 1 item
- can Ro-Tel - 1 item
- cans whole kernel corn - 2 item
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
- can cold water - 1 item
- rice Minute rice
How to make hamburger casserole:
Cook hamburger meat, onion and bell pepper together until done. Drain off excess grease. In separate mixing bowl, mix rice, corn, mushroom soup, garlic salt and water. Allow to stand. Combine meat mixture and other mixture together. Bake in glass baking dish at 350° until golden brown.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Beef.
