Hamburger casserole
Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- can milk - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- dash of black pepper - 1 item
- cooked hamburger - 1 lb
- potatoes, thinly sliced - 6 c
How to make hamburger casserole:
Place half the potatoes in bottom of greased 2-quart casserole dish. Cover with hamburger. Add remaining potatoes. Combine soup, milk, onion and green pepper. Mix well. Pour over potatoes. Dot with butter. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 30 to 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Beef.
