Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- chili powder - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onions - 1 Tbsp
- ketchup - 2 c
- hamburger - 3 lb
- black pepper - 1 tsp
- Minute oats - 2 c
- Place in two 9 x 13-inch pans
How to make hamburger balls:
Mix together well and roll into balls. Place in two 9 x 13-inch pans. Preheat oven to 420°. Set aside until sauce is ready.Sauce:3 c. brown sugar2 c. ketchup1 tsp. dry mustard1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce1 tsp. chili powder Mix together and pour over hamburger balls.
