Hamburger and rice casserole
Ingredients/Components
- boiling water
- ground beef - 1 lb
- medium onion, chopped fine - 1 item
- raw rice - 1/2 c
- stalks celery, chopped fine - 2 item
- bell pepper, chopped fine - 1 item
- chicken noodle soup mix - 2 pkg
How to make hamburger and rice casserole:
Brown and drain ground beef. Cook soup mix and rice in boiling water in pan for 7 to 8 minutes. Add onion, pepper and celery. Mix all ingredients together in a casserole dish. Bake, covered, at 400° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Ground beef.
