Ingredients/Components
- frozen mixed vegetables - 2 c
- hamburg meat - 1 lb
- large potatoes, boiled and mashed - 6 item
- can beef vegetable soup - 1 item
How to make hamburg casserole:
Cooking Time: 40 minutes. Servings: 4 to 6.Cook and mash potatoes; set aside. Brown hamburg (season to taste). Drain and place in deep 8 x 8-inch casserole dish. Add can of soup. Do not add water. Add frozen vegetables and stir to mix. Top with mashed potatoes. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes, until potatoes are slightly brown and casserole is bubbling.
