- cream cheese - 1/2 lb
- flour - 2 c
- butter - 1 c
- apricot filling Solo brand from Foodtown - 1 item
How to make hamantashen:
Sift flour; cream butter and cheese together until well-blended. Gradually add flour; make a ball of dough and put in refrigerator overnight. Roll out (not too thin) on floured surface. Cut into circles. Put 1/2 teaspoon filling in the center and fold to form triangles. Bake on a greased pan at 350° for about 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Holiday, Heirloom/historical.
