- cure half ham - 1 item
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- can crushed pineapple in own juice - 1 oz
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- Dijon mustard - 1 Tbsp
How to make ham with pineapple sauce:
Prepare ham according to package in medium saucepan. Mix sugar, cinnamon and cornstarch together. Stir in pineapple, lemon juice and mustard. Bring mixture to boil, stirring, and cook until thickened (about 2 minutes). Remove from heat. Spoon over sliced ham and serve.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Pork, Ham.
