  • butter, softened - 1/4 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • prepared mustard - 1 tsp
  • grated onion - 1 tsp
  • shredded American cheese - 1/2 c
  • shredded Swiss cheese - 1/2 c
  • can deviled ham - 1 oz
  • sliced boiled ham - 1 lb

How to make ham pinwheels:

Combine first 5 ingredients. Beat with electric mixer until fluffy. Stir in the next 3 ingredients. Spread this mixture over the ham slices. Roll up, starting with short side. Cut into 1/2-inch slices. Chill. Serve as an appetizer.
