- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 3/4 c
- brown sugar
- cornstarch
- water - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/8 c
- ground beef - 3/4 lb
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- ground ham
How to make ham loaf:
Sauce:1/2 c. brown sugar1/2 c. water1/8 c. vinegar1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch Combine ham loaf ingredients and mix well. Do not add salt. Form into loaf or balls. Place in baking pan.In a saucepan, combine all sauce ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour over ham loaf or balls and baste occasionally. Bake at 350° about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
