Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- water - 3/4 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- soft bread crumbs - 1 c
- fresh pork, ground
- cured ham, ground
- some pepper - 1 item
- Sauce:1/4 c
How to make ham loaf:
Combine ingredients.Sauce:1/4 c. vinegar3/4 c. water1 tsp. dry mustard3/4 c. brown sugar Combine and cook until syrupy. Pour over loaf last half hour. Baste several times while baking. Pan-brown slices of pineapple in juice to serve around loaf. Bake at 350° for 2 1/2 hours. Serves 10 to 12.Recipe categories: Main dish, Pork, Ham.
