Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2/3 c
- Bisquick - 3 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- parsley flakes - 2 Tbsp
- spicy mustard - 2 Tbsp
- shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 16 oz - 4 c
- finely chopped, cooked smoked ham
How to make ham balls:
Heat oven to 350°. Lightly grease a jelly roll pan, 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Place about 2-inches apart in pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until brown. Serve warm. Makes about 7 dozen appetizers.Remove immediately from pan when done.
