- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- brown sugar
- water - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- onion salt - 1 tsp
- ground beef
- ground ham - 1 lb
- crushed crackers
How to make ham balls:
Glaze:1 1/2 c. brown sugar1 tsp. dry mustard1/2 c. vinegar1/2 c. water Mix ingredients and form into balls; bake in lightly greased pan at 325° for 1 hour. Then, combine glaze ingredients and cover ham balls with glaze and bake another hour.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Main dish, Beef.
