Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- water - 1/2 c
- firmly packed brown sugar
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- white wine vinegar - 1/2 c
- corn flake crumbs
- ham, ground
- ground fresh pork - 1/2 lb
How to make ham balls:
Combine ham, pork, eggs, milk and corn flake crumbs; mix well. Shape into 3/4-inch balls and place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.Combine brown sugar, vinegar, water and dry mustard and mix well. Pour mixture over ham balls and bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes, basting occasionally. Serve warm. Yields 5 dozen.
