  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • vinegar - 3 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onions - 2 tsp
  • ground beef - 1/2 lb
  • cracker crumbs - 1 c
  • ground pork - 1/2 lb
  • Add all other ingredients
  • ground ham - 1 lb
  • celery or celery salt - 2 tsp

How to make ham balls:

Blend ham, beef and pork. Add all other ingredients. Form meat balls and place in baking pan.Sauce:1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce3 Tbsp. vinegar1 c. brown sugar In baking pan, bake ingredients at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes. Makes about 16 balls, 2-inches in diameter. They freeze well.
