Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- vinegar - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onions - 2 tsp
- ground beef - 1/2 lb
- cracker crumbs - 1 c
- ground pork - 1/2 lb
- Add all other ingredients
- ground ham - 1 lb
- celery or celery salt - 2 tsp
How to make ham balls:
Blend ham, beef and pork. Add all other ingredients. Form meat balls and place in baking pan.Sauce:1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce3 Tbsp. vinegar1 c. brown sugar In baking pan, bake ingredients at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
