Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1/4 c
  • sour cream - 1 lb
  • chopped onion - 1 c
  • parsley flakes - 2 Tbsp
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • grated cheese - 3 c
  • dash of salt and pepper - 1 item
  • ham, cubed small - 4 c
  • large potatoes, cubed small - 8 item

How to make ham and potato casserole:

Mix the sour cream, soup, milk, parsley and 1 cup of the cheese together. Salt and pepper ham and potatoes. Add to the sour cream mixture. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
