Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- sour cream - 1 lb
- chopped onion - 1 c
- parsley flakes - 2 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated cheese - 3 c
- dash of salt and pepper - 1 item
- ham, cubed small - 4 c
- large potatoes, cubed small - 8 item
How to make ham and potato casserole:
Mix the sour cream, soup, milk, parsley and 1 cup of the cheese together. Salt and pepper ham and potatoes. Add to the sour cream mixture. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
