Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- dash of paprika - 1 item
- dash of salt and pepper - 1 item
- diced, cooked ham - 1 c
- small onion - 1 item
- sliced potatoes - 4 c
- can cream of mushroom soup or celery soup - 1 item
How to make ham and potato casserole:
Combine soup, milk, salt and pepper. In greased (with butter) 2-quart casserole, arrange layers of potatoes, ham, onion and soup. Be sure ham is covered to prevent drying. Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Cover; bake at 375° for 1 hour. You can substitute 1 cup diced chicken for ham. Makes 6 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
