Ham and cheese quiche
Ingredients/Components
- milk
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
- green onions, chopped - 1/4 c
- baked pie shell - 1 item
- Monterey Jack, shredded - 6 oz
- ham, chopped - 3/4 c
How to make ham and cheese quiche:
Mix eggs, milk and flour. Fold in ham, cheese, onion and seasonings. Pour mixture into pie shell. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Side dish, Main dish.
