Ham and cheese quiche
Ingredients/Components
- ham, diced and cooked - 2 c
- Cheddar cheese, grated
- whipping cream
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- each: salt and pepper - 1/4 tsp
- ground nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- unbaked pie shell 9-inch with wide sides - 1 item
How to make ham and cheese quiche:
Combine all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean. Can be made ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to bake and serve. Makes 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Side dish, Main dish.
