Ingredients/Components

  • milk
  • butter - 1 Tbsp
  • dash of salt and pepper - 1 item
  • cracker crumbs - 2/3 c
  • onion, finely chopped - 1/2 c
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 3 item
  • sharp cheese, shredded - 1 c
  • cooked ham, finely chopped - 2 c

How to make ham and cheese casserole:

Cook onion in butter until tender, add ham, eggs, cheese, cracker crumbs, milk and salt and pepper. Mix well, pour into baking dish. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
