Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- diced ham - 2 c
- uncooked rice - 1 c
- shredded cheese - 1/2 c
- milk - 1/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
How to make ham and broccoli casserole:
Cook rice according to usual directions; set aside. Cook broccoli according to pkg. directions and drain. Saut?© onion in margarine. Combine all ingredients and spoon into a casserole dish. Garnish the top with extra cheese if desired. Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes at 350°.Tip: After the holidays, take any leftover ham and chop; put in a pint freezer bag in quantities of 2 c. each. A wonderful solution for leftovers and so handy!
