Ingredients/Components
- dry mustard - 2 tsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- can mushrooms, drained - 1 item
- chopped cooked ham
- box long grain wild rice, prepared according to pkg - 1 oz
- boxes broccoli, partially cooked - 2 oz
How to make ham and broccoli casserole:
Put rice in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with ham, broccoli, mushrooms and cheese. Combine the soup, mayonnaise and dry mustard; pour over ham mixture. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Ham.
