Halibut casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 2 c
- chopped onions - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- white wine - 1 item
- halibut, cut in serving size pieces - 3 lb
How to make halibut casserole:
Marinate halibut with white wine for 2 hours. Cover bowl with Saran Wrap. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and onions. Remove halibut from marinade. Pat dry. Roll in bread crumbs. Place halibut in a single layer in low baking dish. Spread above mixture over fish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 500° for 15 to 20 minutes. (Optional: Sprinkle with 3/4 cup grated cheese.)
