Ingredients/Components
- ground pork - 1/2 lb
- to 1 stalk green onion, chopped - 1/2 item
- clove garlic, finely chopped - 1 item
- water chestnuts, chopped - 2 Tbsp
- shrimp, finely chopped - 1/4 lb
- salt - 1 tsp
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- ajinomoto - 1/2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- won ton wrappers - 1 pkg
How to make gyoza:
Mix all ingredients together; place 1/2 teaspoon of the mixture in each square of won ton. Dampen 2 opposite corners of the won ton with a little water; fold to form a triangle. Fold the 2 narrow ends together; press tightly. Fry in hot oil until light brown. Drain and serve hot.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Ground beef, Beef.
