Guacamole dip
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- grated onion - 1 tsp
- clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
- to 3 medium ripe avocados - 2 item
- can California green chilies, diced - 1 item
- to 5 drops hot sauce to taste more if desired - 4 item
- dip chips - 1 item
How to make guacamole dip:
Drain all ingredients well. Spread evenly in layers on a platter:1st: One can refried beans, mixed with 1/2 package of dry taco seasoning.
2nd: Two avocados, mixed with 4 tablespoons sour cream.
3rd: One finely chopped green pepper.
4th: One medium can chopped black olives.
5th: One can drained, chopped green chiles.
6th: One chopped tomato.
7th: One chopped onion.
8th: Grated Cheddar cheese
Serve with tortilla chips.
