Ingredients/Components
- mashed avocado - 1 c
- cottage cheese - 1/4 c
- sour cream - 1/4 c
- chopped green chilies - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onions - 2 Tbsp
- fresh lemon juice - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- sliced zucchini, carrots and celery sticks - 1 item
How to make guacamole dip:
In blender combine avocado and remaining ingredients except sliced vegetables. Cover and process until smooth. Pour into bowl; cover and chill for 2 to 3 hours. Use vegetables as dippers.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Salads.
