Guacamole dip
Ingredients/Components
- lime juice - 2 tsp
- garlic salt - 1/8 tsp
- seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
- taco seasoning mix - 1 pkg
- container sour cream - 1 (16
- can refried beans - 1 oz
- can chopped green chilies, undrained - 1 oz
- ripe avocados, pitted and peeled - 3 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese, chopped tomatoes, green onions, green and black olives as you desire - 1 item
How to make guacamole dip:
In small bowl, combine refried beans and chilies; spread on serving plate. Combine sour cream and taco seasoning; spoon bean mixture, spreading evenly. In another bowl, mash avocados; stir in lime juice and salt. Spoon evenly over sour cream mixture. Cover; chill 3 hours.Just before serving, garnish with cheese, tomatoes, green onions and olives. Serve with tortilla chips. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes 12 to 15 servings.
