Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- garlic salt - 1 tsp
- ground turkey - 1 lb
- cans tomato sauce - 2 oz
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- cream cheese, softened - 3 oz
How to make ground turkey casserole:
Brown ground turkey and drain. Return to pan; add garlic salt, sugar and tomato sauce. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Cook egg noodles and drain. Mix cream cheese, Cheddar cheese and sour cream. Layer in 13 x 9-inch dish as follows: egg noodles, cheese mixture and meat sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
