  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk
  • Bisquick - 3/4 c
  • ground beef - 1 1
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • onion, chopped - 1 item

How to make ground beef pie:

Brown ground beef, onion, salt and pepper. Place in bottom of greased, heavy pie pan. Stoneware or Pyrex is okay. Add cheese.

Blend Bisquick, eggs and milk in blender for 1 minute. Pour this mixture over beef and bake at 325° for 30 minutes or until done and brown. Serves 5 or 6.
