Ingredients/Components
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- water
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- soy sauce - 1/4 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- celery, chopped - 1 c
- rice, uncooked - 1/2 c
- onions, finely chopped - 2 item
- can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup, undiluted - 1 item
- 1 can bean sprouts, drained
How to make ground beef oriental:
Brown onion and celery in butter. Remove from pan. Brown beef and rice. Combine soup, water, soy sauce, pepper, celery and onion. Stir in bean sprouts. Lightly bake, covered, 30 minutes at 350° in 2-quart dish. Serve warm over crunchy Chinese noodles or cooked rice.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Rice.
