Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- ketchup - 1 Tbsp
- ground beef
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- can cream of chicken or mushroom soup - 1 item
- small can condensed milk - 1 item
- Pillsbury buttermilk biscuits - 1 pkg
How to make ground beef casserole:
Brown onion and beef in skillet, drain well. Mix cream cheese with soup. Mix all ingredients except biscuits in casserole. Bake, covered, at 350° for 1 hour. Put biscuits on top. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until brown, uncovered.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
