Ground beef casserole

Ingredients/Components

• carton sour cream - 1 item
• chopped onion - 1 item
• can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
• salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
• can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
• chopped pimentos - 1/2 c
• ground chuck - 2 lb
• can Shoepeg corn - 1 item

How to make ground beef casserole:

Brown ground chuck and onion; salt and pepper to taste. Mix together in a very large mixing bowl the soups, pimentos, corn and sour cream; rinse soup cans with small amount of water and add to browned meat. Cook noodles; drain and add to mixture. Butter casserole; pour in mixture. Top with cracker crumbs and butter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Makes a bunch.
