Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- butter or margarine - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- boiling water - 3 c
- beaten eggs - 4 item
- grated cheese - 1 c
- grits - 1 c
How to make grits casserole:
Cook grits in boiling water until thick. Add remaining ingredients. Stir and place in casserole. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Main dish, Casseroles.
