Ingredients/Components
- margarine - 4 Tbsp
- mushrooms - 1/2 lb
- onion - 1/2 item
- tomatoes - 3 item
- medium zucchini - 2 item
- medium crookneck squash - 2 item
How to make grilled veggies:
Slice squash, onion and mushrooms. Chop tomatoes. Lay out on a large piece of heavy-duty foil. Cut butter in pieces and scatter over vegetables. Fold over foil and seal well. Cook on barbecue grill for 15 to 20 minutes, turning several times.Recipe categories: Vegan, Side dish, Vegetables.
