Ingredients/Components
- Cooking spray - 1 item
- Aluminum foil - 1 item
- Baby carrots - 1 item
- Potatoes, cut into 1 inch chunks
- Red onion, sliced thick - 1 item
- Fresh broccoli spears - 1 item
How to make grilled vegetables:
Spray foil with cooking spray. Layer vegetable in order listed above. Add 4 to 5 dabs of butter. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle water over all. Fold foil, sealing lightly.
